- 1 chicken (cut up)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and sliced thin)
- 2 zuchinis (sliced thin)
- 1 large onion (cut in half and then sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil or light in flavor olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
For Feingold level 2 - add 1/4 tsp black pepper, 2 green peppers (sliced) and 2 large tomatoes (sliced).
